Introduction

At A-EXPRESS we orchestrate cross-border parcel delivery across Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus and Georgia. To do that well we handle personal information — carefully, briefly, and only when it helps us move a parcel or answer a question. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

It applies to everyone who interacts with us through a-express.net, our partner APIs, and the shipments we carry on behalf of source partners.

  • Payment information, when applicable
  • Package details and tracking identifiers

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We encrypt data in transit, restrict access on a need-to-know basis, and keep an append-only audit log of system-level changes.
